This three-day session is designed for corporate, senior, and area/line managers/superintendents, maintenance, and operations supervisors. The course aims to improve leadership skills, reliability awareness, design, purchasing, and warehousing. It emphasizes diagnosing, interpreting, recognition, and resolution of problems at the root cause level. Participants will gain practical leadership skills, explore measurement tactics, and learn to integrate reliability practices into corporate strategy.
